  • This depends on the event format and headshot booth visibility. The most we can accommodate during a single day is 350 per headshot booth.

  • We will instantly deliver participant headshots via email. Each person will get a private gallery. If you have custom protocols or security needs, then we are happy to accommodate.

  • While headshots booths are one of the best ways to maximize your ROI at trade shows with customizable participant data capture, its also an invaluable tool to capture your team headshots if you have geographically dispersed teams who are coming together at a single event.

  • For maximum participation rates we don’t recommend scheduling, however you can opt for a branded scheduler add-on that allows you to schedule participants and even send them a text message reminder. Its perfect to organize any VIP headshots that need to get done.
