Booking requires a 50% retainer, this is non-refundable.

Adding Makeup is highly recommended for women and is very specific to our style. You can add this during booking.

Clothing should be well fitted and dry cleaned/ironed. Bring everything you love and skip what you don’t. We will create a variety of looks with what you bring, so be sure to have layers that we can build characters with.

Headshot Session FAQs To Review:

Many think they need headshots to get into acting and modeling but this isn’t true unless you plan to “self-submit” or represent yourself. If you plan to work with an agent, then you will only need cell phone photos to submit to agencies.
Agencies will tell you to get headshots once you are signed. They should never require you to pay to work with “their photographer”, but they might have a list of photographers they recommend along with a mood board.
Yes. You will receive a preparation PDF upon booking. This covers what to wear, what to avoid, and what to bring with you. Not to mention tons of other little tips and videos.
Mini Sessions last 20-minutes and Standard Headshot Sessions generally last 1 hour but aren’t limited.
We require a 50% retainer when booking, this is non-refundable. You’ll be able to pay the remaining balance in person on the day of.
Yes, makeup is highly recommended and very specific to the headshot lighting we use. You can add hair and makeup to your session during the booking process.
Depending on your session, you’ll receive a gallery with about 30 to over 50 high-resolution, color-corrected images per look. You can download all of these.
Headshots tend to look quick and easy, but in reality, it takes several takes, poses, practice, and professional coaching to get that image. It would be amazing if we could get a great headshot with one simple shutter click.
Retouching for acting and modeling headshots is provided on an as-needed basis. This will be dependent on your agent.
The goal is to make sure you arrive to your auditions and look like your headshots. This means retouching your headshots isn’t recommended beyond blemishes and wardrobe malfunctions.
A headshot is a type of portrait used to represent yourself for business websites, marketing, business cards, social media, and acting/modeling auditions. They are framed to show your shoulders and head only.
A portrait is any photo of a person. When used for business branding, we integrate more stylized elements, branding elements, and characteristics that help define your brand image. We use portraits for print models often to deliver “tear-sheet” style images that help get you relevant work.
