Corporate Headshot FAQS

We provide headshots for up to 150 per day. We can double this depending on the format and way you'd like to schedule your company headshots. Generally we recommend no more than 150 to get the best results for each person.

We will instantly deliver participant headshots via email. Each person will get a private gallery. If you have custom protocols or security needs, then we are happy to accommodate.

We spend 2-3 minutes per person. We find this to be the optimal time to work with employees. Of course, some will come back for a re-shoot and our instant image delivery makes that a seamless process because they can review their headshots and step back in immediately.

For maximum participation rates we don’t recommend scheduling, however you can opt for a scheduler add-on that allows you to schedule participants and even send them a text message reminder. We schedule 20 employees per 1-hour block.

This is our specialty and allows you to achieve a uniform brand image across your company. We assign a single staff photographer to work with you. We'll design a custom headshot roadmap and schedule based on each office location. This makes it easy on your team since you aren't having to coordinate with a handful of different photographers and try to align all their creative visions. Its also much more cost effective for you.

We include retouching in all proposals. Each employee will get to select their favorite headshot from their gallery for retouching. Our editor will retouch them all and then notify each person when their new headshot is ready for download.

New hires are a natural occurrence with corporate headshots. We take care of your team in one of two ways depending on how much hiring you have planned.
The first option is to put your office on a corporate retainer with us and we'll come out to work with a group of new hires 2-4 times a year.
Option two is where we work with a local studio on your behalf to send your new hire to. This service includes coordinating, booking, and providing the local studio with a technical guide to ensure the headshot style is as close as possible to the rest of your team.

We offer lifestyle-type branding photography that can be done on the same day as your team headshots. This is great to get photos of your staff working and enjoying life at the office. Its a perfect way to do away with impersonal stock photography.
