Book Your Session: Book your session seamlessly and securely online. We ask a few questions to tailor the session to you. You’ll receive a welcome email with your headshot session details and a guide to help you come prepared.
Complete Your Session: Show up for your headshot session on-time. We’ll ask a few questions to get the right style for you and your profession. We also coach and pose you. You get instant image previews to guarantee you are happy with your photos. After, we’ll send over a gallery for you to review and select retouches from.

The Headshot Day opportunity is only available four times a year. It’s your chance to get a quality headshot at a fraction of the cost. This is structured as a sitting fee + a per image fee. We only offer 10 appointments!

Yes. You will receive a preparation PDF upon booking. This covers what to wear, what to avoid, and what to bring with you. Not to mention tons of other little tips and videos.

Mini Sessions last 20-minutes and Standard Headshot Sessions generally last 1 hour but aren’t limited.

We require a 50% retainer when booking, this is non-refundable. You’ll be able to pay the remaining balance in person on the day of.

Yes, hair and makeup are highly recommended and are very specific to the headshot lighting we use. You can add hair and makeup to your session during the booking process.

Depending on your session, you’ll receive a gallery with about 15 to over 25 high-resolution, color-corrected images per look. You can download these un-retouched proofs.
Headshots tend to look simple and easy, but in reality, it takes several takes, poses, practice, and professional coaching to get that image. It would be amazing if we could get a great headshot with one simple shutter click.

Yes. You’ll receive 2 complimentary retouches per Standard Headshot Session and 1 complimentary retouch per Mini Session. This is chosen from your gallery afterward.
Retouches are handled by our staff editor who retouches to our specifications. In order to maintain the quality of our work, we request that you do not apply your own retouching apps or filters.
