$300 Location Fee + $35 Per Participant
You cover the $300 Location Fee and participants can purchase their session on-site.
Minimum of 50 participants needed to schedule the bar. Ask about our fundraiser options.
How It works
1. When you contact us, we will request to have a phone consultation. This consultation is for us to listen and understand exactly what you need. We'll ask questions about your industry, the event, and how we can make it as smooth as possible.
2. We'll book a date at least one week in advance and collect your location fee deposit.
3. We'll send your customized marketing packet including a PDF guide and video for participants to review in preparation for their headshot.
4. Our photographer will arrive at your event one hour before your scheduled start time in order to setup.
5. Participants will each enter their email and name on our iPad. Then receive individual attention and posing to capture the best headshot possible. Immediately after, they can choose their favorite image with our help.
6. Once everyone has been photographed, our photographer will pack up.
7. The chosen images will be enhanced to look their best.
8. Within seven business days, we will email participants a link to download their high-resolution headshot. Images can be downloaded right from the gallery in high-resolution or web-resolution.
